17-year-old Australian rising artist Jett Blyton is set to make waves in the music scene with the release of his new single, “44:44.” This electric track, which is officially out now, is the type of quick, upbeat song that's perfect for anything from the pre-game to the party. It’s the follow up to his recent single “Borderline”, both tracks presenting a captivating glimpse into Jett’s anticipated forthcoming EP, Double Vision (Vol. 1), slated for release on November 8, 2024.
Releasing his debut EP “Sleep On The Altar” last year, the Canberra teen singer landed himself in the Triple J Unearthed High Yearbook for 2023, nominated for the Music ACT Music Awards (MAMAs), and garnered the national and international attention of alt-pop music lovers, in music described as wonk, zany & attention grabbing, and for his incredibly low bass voice. Since Jett has received shoutouts from popstars Sabrina Carpenter and Tove Lo, along with a "If You Like Troye Sivan" feature on Triple J Unearthed.
On the making of “44:44” Jett’s shares, “I made the song with Melbourne’s star producer Aria Wood, vibing in her bedroom. It is the second single from my upcoming double project, but I've already had a busy start to the year supporting The Rions and entering Triple J Unearthed High 2024, and I’m only just getting started”.
The single is distributed by newly formed Anti-Dismal Music with founder Ixara Dorizac expressing, "Anti-Dismal are so excited to start development with Jett, and are keen to get his music out and heard by the world! It’s a pleasure to be able to work with someone with such drive and passion for their artist project."
